Corporate banking today and in the future
The Asseco’s report was prepared on the basis of an opinion poll conducted among people working for large companies and enterprises who cooperate with banks or are decision-makers in this area. We asked them the following questions, among others:
- How do they use banking services?
- What do they follow in choosing a bank?
- What is their opinion about innovation and technological novelties?
- What is the role of an individual adviser for them?
- Which processes in companies related to banking services require improvement and better solutions?
Additionally, experts from Asseco Poland and HSBC Bank Polska, which is a partner of this Report, attempt in their comments to interpret statistical data and identify trends which will affect corporate banking inthe coming years.
